We prescreen all possible candidates and submit to our client the best selection for the position.  All

full-time candidates come with a 60 day placement fee guarantee. If any employee does not pass the

60 day probation period, then PJC & Associates, Inc. will replace the employee or refund your placement

fee.

Steps of Recruitment:

  1.  Opening placed with PJC & Associates, Inc.

  2.  Job description finalized for job opening

         *Overall job requirements

         *Type of work/project

         *Location/Hours/Schedule

         *Salary/Education/Experience

  3.  Research database pool for candidates.

  4.  Locate in-house or network candidates

  5.  Prescreen possible candidates

         *Phone interview

         *Background and references

         *In person interview

  6.  Submit to client best candidates for the position

         *Clients submits approved candidates back to PJC

         *PJC to set-up phone interview with clients and candidate

         *PJC will set-up in-person interview at client location

  7.  Client will make all final decision on candidates placement.
